Sport climbing is becoming more and more popular and this introductory sport climbing session at Bennybeg is a fantastic way to experience this expanding sport at a great location. All that is needed is a positive attitude, willingness to try and an average level of fitness.
During the course of the day you will get to experience top-roped climbing, learn how to tie in with a suitable knot and learn how to safely belay a top-roped climber whilst under expert supervision. Included in the price is all the equipment required to enjoy this introductory rock climbing session, with a fully qualified Mountain Training Association, Rock Climbing Instructor.
