Have you ever wondered what it would be like to experience sunset & sunrise from the top of a hill? If so, this could be the perfect short course for you!
This short course is suitable for those who have never experienced true wild camping and would like to learn the difference between roadside camping and wild camping.
What does this course include? Here in Scotland we have unique access rights and part of this course includes learning all about our access rights. The difference between roadside camping and wild camping. The equipment suitable for wild camping and the opportunity to discuss the pros and cons of different tents, roll mats, sleeping bags, cooking systems and load carrying rucksacks. Food suitable for wild camping. Weight and how it can be minimised. An opportunity to experience walking at night under the light of a headtorch.
